Its Not Hard to be Better Looking than Victoria Beckham

Katie Price, aka Jordan, has restarted her feud with Victoria Beckham with a catty comment on the TV show Extras. When asked about the Beckhams, Katie at first played dumb asking "Who?".

"I might as well say it, she is better looking than Victoria, but I'm not as good looking as David," hubbie Peter Andre piped up and Katie quickly added "It's not hard to be better looking than her, is it really?"

Katie later had another dig at Victoria Beckham saying she was nothing more than a "footballer's wife".

Back in 2000 Posh called Katie vile and sang "Who let the dogs out" to insult her.

Katie and Peter are promoting their new reality show.

Katie really shouldnt be throwing stones - she would be one of the least attractive 'attractive' women i know of.

  Agreed

This Katie chic needs to put more makeup around her already 1/2 inch thick mat that is already there. I admit that that I watched Spice World and I always thought that Posh was a major hottie.

If you look really deep, they are both very ugly on the inside and that is the only place that really counts. Kiss and make up girls, its time to grow up and act like adults. You have the spotlight, show us that you can be a postive force in the world, we already have an over abundance of a$$holes.

  Inaccurate

Victoria Beckham hasn't mentioned Jordan's name in public in over 6 years. Victoria admited she did NOT chant "who let the dogs out" to Jordan, it was another woman who didn't like her who sang it. Jordan had spread vicious lies about Victoria, which was the reason Victoria responded by calling her 'vile', again that was over 6 years ago! Jordan is merely just using her name to get publicity because Posh Spice is 10 times more successful and famous globally than some jumped-up 'glamour model' from Brighton. It's a shame Victoria had to sing a duet with Dane Bowers (Jordan's ex boyfriend), that is the only reason Jordan feels they have some association, pretty sad.

You are probably a fan of the Spice Girls and Posh Spice, so I don't mean anything personal about this but the Spice Girls, Beckham included had zero talent.

To say that Beckham is 10 times more successful than anyone is an error. The creators and promoters of the Spice Girls were amazingly successful. The girls were simply in the right place at the right time. It is, however, correct to comment on their great fame as a consequence of the promotion.

A similar phenomenon exists now with the Pu**yCat Dolls. Short on talent, long on looks (of a certain kind). Case Closed.

posh spice seriously ain't that bad looking, and the spice girl could undeniably belt it (sing). i admit i use to like them... though again i must admit it wasn't much for their music, it was because sporty spice (mel. C) was a hottie...lol

also they were undeniably better role models for young women than the likes of britney spears, christina agulara (sp?), paris hilton... ect.

Sorry I don't share your enthusiasm for Posh and her looks. Every time I see her the only word that comes to mind is "surly". But to each as they say.

Why is a spice girl more of a role-model than Brittany or Christine. Both have achieved considerably success and riches by their talent, or perceive talent in the case of Brittany. Is Christine too hot and sexy for little girls to see? I admit Brittany has stepped off of the curb lately but prior to that she was a hard worker, a positive thing.

What about Paris? She works modeling, has a TV show, has appeared in movies, has her own CD. Whether or not you like the product, she makes money on her own. She doesn't have the inheritance yet. Why isn't she a good role model?

All of them you mentioned, I see as hard working, successful, and talented young women. Where's the negative?

indeed, to each their own.

"Why is a spice girl more of a role-model than Brittany or Christine. Both have achieved considerably success and riches by their talent, or perceive talent in the case of Brittany. for one the spice girls were never dressing like whores like cristina does... as as for britney much the same to a lesser degree than cristina though her recent stints are far from that of a good role model.

"What about Paris? She works modeling, has a TV show, has appeared in movies, has her own CD. Whether or not you like the product, she makes money on her own. She doesn't have the inheritance yet. Why isn't she a good role model?"

drunk driver... thinks she's above the law... dumber than a second coat of lead paint.. potray a sickly view of "beautiful"... that is unrealistic and damaging to young women, IE crash dieting to be like paris is.

"All of them you mentioned, I see as hard working, successful, and talented young women. Where's the negative?"

its there is your looking for it... though most people don't care if your a good role model if your a) rich or b) beautiful... neither of which makes you a good role model.

It's interesting that you would portray the wearer of modern women's fashion as "whores".

I guess you know for a fact that Paris is "dumber than a second coat of lead paint". That is, you've talked to her, interacted with her on more than a casual basis so that you feel qualified, in a gereral sort of way (not being one of her educators, or are you?)to substantiate your claim.

Are you saying that being rich and beautiful should be held against someone? Movies and TV shows where everyone looks like Rosie O'Donnell or Roseanne Barr would be the norm. Everyone in the Chairman Mao standard uniform of the day? Beautiful is bad? Work hard, but if you make significant amounts of money and achieve significant fame, watch what you wear or else.

My point is simply none of it makes a difference either way. Role models are chosen via a distinct personal choice. Yup, same personal choice that drives young girls to crash diets. It's never really about "who" they want to look like; the question is "why" they're unconfortable in their own skin:

THEY'RE TEENAGERS.

Recent neurological studies with the new technology avilable have determined what we knew all along. Teenagers think differently than adults. Adults will never be able to choose role models for their children, teen or preteen.

In my time, Elvis Presley was the ruination of American Youth. The only significant thing I can think of is the sale of guitars going up thousands of percentage points.

The Beatles were a plot to undermine the values of the USA. The only ones I can think of that got hurt were barbers, since regular haircuts became a thing of the past.

I read an essay where a famous person was claiming that the ignorance of today's youth was the end of society as it was known. Children were selfish, uneducated and vain.

The essay was written by Socrates a long time ago.

"for one the spice girls were never dressing like whores like cristina does"

Ok, i used to be a huge spice girls fan, but i think christine, britney and many others (including spice girls) are selling a culture. Their job is to sing and show off. Whether it is skimpy little dresses, over stating they are virgins, tapping on different girl types (come on, spice girls covered everything from posh to scary to little cute baby to ginger to sporty, all cultures in 1) at the end of the day, if it sells, they will act it out very well, even if they have to go on an extreme diet or spend the whole day at the gym. This is their career.

"It's interesting that you would portray the wearer of modern women's fashion as "whores"."

and why are these fashion fashionable... because of who wears them... people follow the style of their role model whether postive or not.

"I guess you know for a fact that Paris is "dumber than a second coat of lead paint". That is, you've talked to her, interacted with her on more than a casual basis so that you feel qualified, in a gereral sort of way (not being one of her educators, or are you?)to substantiate your claim."

well she spelt sign as "sihn" in a petition... she lack understanding of law... namely the role of magna carta, and is quiet frankly the living stereotype of a dumb blonde.

"Are you saying that being rich and beautiful should be held against someone? Movies and TV shows where everyone looks like Rosie O'Donnell or Roseanne Barr would be the norm. Everyone in the Chairman Mao standard uniform of the day? Beautiful is bad? Work hard, but if you make significant amounts of money and achieve significant fame, watch what you wear or else."

by no mean did nor would i say this only that being beautiful and rich, or otherwise famous doesn't make you a GOOD ROLE MODEL. alots of women think snoop dogg and eminem are hot they are both undeniablely rich and successful though neither can really be called a good role model.

"My point is simply none of it makes a difference either way. Role models are chosen via a distinct personal choice. Yup, same personal choice that drives young girls to crash diets. again theres a difference between a role model and a good role model... hitler was a role model too. though i think we can all agree he wasn't a positive one.

and yes people do try to look and act like their role models this is particularly evident in women and fashion. though also in guys... look for those folks wearing their pants around their knees...lol

"Recent neurological studies with the new technology avilable have determined what we knew all along. Teenagers think differently than adults. Adults will never be able to choose role models for their children, teen or preteen."

no really, you think?, i hope you didn't need a study to tell you that. of course the fact that kids rebel against their parents and in general the ways of the older generation doesn't have anything to do with this...lol

"In my time, Elvis Presley was the ruination of American Youth. The only significant thing I can think of is the sale of guitars going up thousands of percentage points."

the former half i can remember hearing about, same with KISS, the later half same can be said of jimi hendrix.

"The Beatles were a plot to undermine the values of the USA. The only ones I can think of that got hurt were barbers, since regular haircuts became a thing of the past."

lol yeah, i really don't think so...lol the beatle undermining american value... what a gas...lol

"I read an essay where a famous person was claiming that the ignorance of today's youth was the end of society as it was known. Children were selfish, uneducated and vain.

i don't think the youth or for that matter people in general are much less ignorant now than then only in different areas.
