Man Robs Bank Disguised As A Tree

A branch of the Citizen Bank was held up on Saturday morning by a man disguised as a tree. The branch had just opened when a man walked in with branches of leaves duct-taped to his torso and head.

Poice say the leafy man didn't say he had a weapon but "he really went out on a limb" and was given an undisclosed amount of cash before leaving. The branches obscured much of the man's face but he was recognised from pictures on the security camera.

Police arrested James Coldwell, 49, on Sunday at his home in Manchester, New Hampshire.

At least the cops weren’t bark'in

up the wrong tree and they got to the root of the crime quickly and put this sap behind bars. What kind of fruit would dress up as a tree? Maybe the guards should be packing chain saws.

"Maybe the guards should be packing chain saws."

Just generaly or to deal with criminal trees?

Because to be fair, I'm ok with both.

A prison riot against a guy with a stick, a prison riot against a guy with a chain saw....

  What kind of tree?

That tree had big nuts for sure....

So that was either a very astute bank robber or a very poor disguise the bank was wearing.
