Mother and Daughter Forced to Perfom Sex Acts on Each Other Before Being Raped

A mother and her 14-year-old daughter were made to perform sexual acts on each other after a man broke into their home in Prichard, Alabama. The man first told them to remove their clothes, perform the acts, and then raped them both.

The man is described as a middle-aged black male with a burn scar on the right side of his face. He is said to be around 5ft 7in tall and about 140lbs. The man did not wield a weapon but did threaten the victims with bodily harm.

The victims, who are unnamed in this story to protect them, did not know their attacker who broke into the house via a bedroom window at around 3.30 am. Three other children were asleep in the house at the time of the attack.

The human race takes another step into the depths.

Even animals don't do this sort of thing to one another, especially for their own entertainment.

Maybe it's time we started treating those who act worse than animals in a way befitting something worse than animals?

this man is beyond redemption.

  Hard to imagine

How can he control the two victims at once? What stopped them from knocking him out, they must have been really scared or week.

the mother wouldnt want to have endangere her children further and the girl would have been terrified.

As for the article ... not a lot can be said without stating the obvious and I hope his DNA is already somehow in the db and he is caught sooner rather than later.

Animals sure do engage in stuff like this, One example is mallard ducks that take part in rape flights. Besides we're animals. Just we hide behind the façade of being "civilized". To comment on the story, this guy should be castrated and thrown in a jail full of guys that know what he's in for.

  I sometimes wonder

Why we rely on criminals to have a moral compass.

"this guy should be castrated and thrown in a jail full of guys that know what he's in for."

It just occured to me.

  Unfortunately

those that would stand up and fight are often the first to fall and I'm sure they knew it. The worst part, is that she couldn't even run with 3 other kids in the house.
Despite what you may think, a big guy is not going to be overpowered by two women(barring special circumstances, weapons or scrappy tactics)
Imagine if she stood up to him and died, with 4 kids left in the house... I don't have to tell you how bad that would be.

I agree, well said.

Methinks someone was trying to blame the victims.

  On a side note

Black people can have dark complexions, I've worked with a couple guys whom have been black black, and some that have been dark brown (but still of african decent). We all come in a range of colours thats not limited to just a select few, there are hues.

  There are sick people

These guys don't care about anything besides themselfs. Force mother and daugther to have sex with eachother and then rape them, that's even more sick.

While I agree with most of what you said, this guy wasn't big at all -- 5'7", 140 pounds. I just point that out because he's going to have a hell of a time in prison if they catch him.

  what?

"He is said to be around 5ft 7in tall and about 140lbs. The man did not wield a weapon but did threaten the victims with bodily harm." And yet they didn't start attacking or screaming?! This is the most pathetic than anything i have ever heard. They just gave up?! I will never be able to understand this.

  This guy's a lightweight

With a little training in the martial arts they would have easily been able to defend themselves. Oh well, shoulda woulda coulda.

  by: QuestioningAnswers   07/25/2007 10:13 AM
  At 5'7" and 140 pounds...

The mother should have been able to take him alone. The blind rage that mothers go through when their children are threatened would have been more than enough.

140 pounds are you're terrified? Puh-lease!

  by: mkez   07/25/2007 07:19 PM
  @several of you

I'm willing to bet that nobody posting "they should have fought back" has ever been in a situation similar to this. They were at a disadvantage, this man was in their home and surprised them. they were frightened, and the mother had other children to consider - as others have mentoned.
When my brother was 14 (10 year age difference) he was athletic and tall for his age. however, i seriously would have doubted his usefulness in a real life-or-death fight.
Just because they didn't see a weapon doesn't mean that he didn't have one. Just because he weighs under 200 lbs doesn't mean you stand half a chance fighting him in unarmed combat.

You're right, it does all depend on mindset. This is the first thing the martial arts teach. Seriously though, you're taught how to deal with weapons, though that usually doesn't come until later.

Not too many attackers are smart enough to know how to deal with someone that knows how to defend themself...they will usually find themselves promptly on the ground unable to get up. :D

  Don't blame the victim

The first thing in 'fighting back' is the mind. Surprise, getting the drop -- whoever does it first has a big advantage, which is why sucker punchers / kickers / holders, etc. have the advantage. You're walking and suddenly someone attacks you. Unless you train (and the physical part is secondary), attacker(s) will get in the first blow before you know it. You have to decide in milliseconds whether someone is physically attacking you, otherwise you won't see it coming. ie, while you're busy listening to him/them mouthing off (the 'interview') they are suckering you.
As for this woman and her daughter. I'm not going to add to their heartbreak. They froze. It happens. No one thinks it will happen to them. It happens to big people, and small people. Flight attendants will tell you they've seen whole football teams go zombie in storms, while the regular Joes will be cool (because they have the mindset). In real life, it's always the mind. Big muscles vs. skill (mind and body) : BM loses every time. Exercise your 'heart' and be prepared.

I wish someone with real fight know-how could teach this mom and her daughter real stuff. Once, I stopped a guy in a fender bender from being beat up by a road rager. I wish that I could have contacted that guy later and explained to him the above. So people, learn something; if you know fighting, teach your friends for free.

I'm sure ducks never force two other ducks of the same sex to perform acts upon each other? There's a practicality issue for a start.

I agree that animals have 'un-consentual' sex, that's why rapists are humans who act like animals (and IMO should be treated as such).

This man is worse because no animal (that I know of) can force two others to do things while it looks on. I don't see how it's possible for an animal to do this?

Has anyone actualy ever been in a fight?

Not sparing at a local martial arts club, a real street fight against a stranger who, for no reason you know of, has just suddenly attacked you.

I'm pointing out the difference because its a very big one.
Your not expecting a fight, the first you know of it is when the fist hits your face.
Theres no sensei in the corner taking score, or waiting to shout stop when the fights over.

"The first thing in 'fighting back' is the mind. Surprise, getting the drop -- whoever does it first has a big advantage,"

Yep, the guy broke in, prepared for what was going to happen, the two women werent.

"Once, I stopped a guy in a fender bender from being beat up by a road rager."

Yep, you, as an observer, saw a situation develop, and intervened, its a lot harder when your the other guy.

  by: Gogevandire   07/26/2007 11:25 AM
  I doubt

many people have had strangers come up to them and punch them, lol. There usually needs to be a reason for them to do that.

IMO this is bit different than someone breaking in your house. Sure someone breaking in can surprise you, but all you've got to do is regain your mental composure (this was taught where I went). Surprise can be a big advantage, but after that, the advantage changes dramatically.

I've been in many sparring matches, but no street fights. One of the first things I was taught was to avoid them (the exact opposite of what I expected).

Watched a couple street fights, and your average person hasn't the first clue how to fight, its so funny. They would have had no chance. I ended up breaking them up (one of them even turned on me, lol). He ended up complimenting my girlfriend and I end the end (which I was with at the time), saying that we were a good couple even though I'd never seen this guy before in my life. LOL funny people.

I did get close to fighting a couple times in high school, but always regained my composure and got out of it. All in all, it's more advantageous to win with the mind.

  that reminds me

I saw a video (a hidden camera in a convenience store) where there was one customer (man) and then a guy enters beside him; he then smashes the guy in the side of the face, takes his wallet and runs off. So now I try to be extra aware even when it seems I'm in a 'safe zone.' Whenever there's strangers around you have to be on 'yellow' or 'orange' alert. "Red" when you notice an idiot(s) who may try something. Notice I said 'when you notice.' Again, that's the key.
While it's rare, crazies will attack without warning. Btw, in the above scenario, it could have been two or more guys. One guy will get your attention and the others will blindside you.

Come to England, or, google 'Happy Slapping'.

It'll all get very clear.

  Not in the UK

"have had strangers come up to them and punch them, lol. There usually needs to be a reason for them to do that."

In the UK we have "Happy Slapping", a gang of 14-15 year olds will beat someone half way to death and film it on their mobile phones, no reason, just because they want to, and can.

"but all you've got to do is regain your mental composure "

Which is probably quite difficult when someone is threatening to murder your daughter.

"One of the first things I was taught was to avoid them (the exact opposite of what I expected)."

Oh absolutly, you might be sure you can win, but he might also have 5 mates round the corner with knives or guns.

LMAO
I just saw maxx said happy slapping too

Yeh, it was the first thing that came to mind when random attacks came up.

An interesting thought though, you have to actually live in the UK to accept that kind of social breakdown and random violence as just another fact of life.

It brings me great comfort that there are countries elsewhere, where people view random acts of physical violence as something out of the ordinary.

One day I may well move to one, lol.

Oh yeah, I’ve heard of that! Even in happy slapping there is a reason. There have been studies done in the US that show the way you hold yourself is a large factor in whether you’ll be targeted for a ‘random’ street crime or not. What I was trying to say is that there is nothing that ever happens at random, though through our own narrow perspective it may appear that way.
Granted, maintaining mental composure may be difficult for some, but to those who make it a point to train their minds it can come as second nature. The martial arts can help one to do this by the training provided and simply because you’re not scared when presented with what others would consider a threat. You know that you can overcome it.
Yes, we could go on all day with hypotheticals. He could have 5 men with him and 6 women, or maybe 3 men and 9 babies. Even then, training isn’t limited to 1 on 1 combat and I’m pretty sure I could take on 8 babies, but not 9. :D
I don’t see much point in continuing this when all someone is seemingly trying to do is prove how the martial arts are not a solution to the problem of one small guy raping 2 girls that were untrained and unable to take the guy one physically or mentally. If they were properly trained, this guy would likely not have had a chance. But then again, that’s another hypothetical.

You said
"have had strangers come up to them and punch them, lol. There usually needs to be a reason for them to do that."
I said, Happy Slapping

"Even in happy slapping there is a reason."

Often your in the general area and outnumbered.
Theres never a pre existing conflict, they just dont like the look of you and attack.

"Yes, we could go on all day with hypotheticals. He could have 5 men with him and 6 women, or maybe 3 men and 9 babies. Even then, training isn’t limited to 1 on 1 combat and I’m pretty sure I could take on 8 babies, but not 9. :D"

If your instructor told you to do anything but run as a first choice, demand your money back.

"If they were properly trained,"

Depends upon your definition of properly trained, If they'd spent 20 years in a shoalin temple training, then yeah, they'd be fine, but thats not practical.
2 hours a week kick boxing probably isnt going to prepare you.
