China - Hotels Required to Provide Condoms

In an effort to curb the spread of AIDS, all hotels, resorts and public showers will be required to provide condoms as well as AIDS prevention pamphlets.

Once considered to be a disease of gays, sex workers and drug users, Chinese health officials now claim that the virus has entered into the general population. Officially under communist China, sex workers, gays and drug users did not exist in China.

According to health experts the unwillingness for the Chinese to talk about sex will be a boundary to AIDS education.

  Finally!
Let's hope more places will take uh measures.
It's amazing what some sex workers in some asian countries have to tolerate.
As for it being a disease affecting sex workers only, come on... a business man or woman on a trip, feeling bored/ lonely, they will call a sex worker and when they go home they will have unprotected sex with their partner. simple yet very popular scenario.
