Lynne Spears, the mother of troubled pop star Britney, is writing a book on parenting. The book, entitled 'Pop Culture Mom: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World', is due out in May next year.
A spokesman for publisher Thomas Nelson quashed rumours that the book would be a 'tell-all', saying that it would focus on parenting skills and would have "faith elements".
Meanwhile Britney is locked in a custody battle for her own children with ex-husband Federline. Lynne Spears has been recently criticised for failing to curb her daughter's wild lifestyle.
