A new right-extremist party called "Pro NRW" concentrates on preventing the building of mosques in Germany. Their main concentration area is the Catholic town of Cologne, where playing on fears of a supposed Muslim invasion seems to work.
The party has recently found a solvent financial supporter, the 90-year-old contractor Günther Kissel who is known for financing far-right causes.
Board members of the party include known right extremists from other parties and prohibited groups. The German domestic intelligence agency - the Verfassungsschutz - is watching.
