Why Killer was Freed? MP Requests an Investigation

Adam Swellings, 19, from Crew, was released on bail only to breach orders and kill again within 10 hours [SN reported]. Shadow Home Secretary David Davis explained that it is now vital to examine the reasons behind courts lack of actions on violent cases.

Mr. Newlove was kicked to death while his daughter looked on in horror. The family vehicles had been damaged 4 times and as soon as it was dark Mr. Newlove would not let his family even go to the shops due to gangs on the streets.

The Shadow Home Secretary, David Davis, described the case a "hideous demonstration" of the government's failure to address violence among young people. MPs are now asking questions about this case.

The prisons are full, judges are out of touch and the few that try and maintain order are sent for "retraining".
Because NuLabour have spent the past decade tearing apart the fabric of the nation?

At least Blair tried on this
I am no fan of Tony Blair but at least he tried to bring in a law with more respect for victims, this court has ignored this law as many have done over the last year, I think their jobs should be looked into, for allowing these thugs free to devastate decent families like this, they should charge the Judge with breeching the law and aiding and assisting a criminal to murder. This may sound harsh but imagine how Newlove's family feels; this Bloody man is paid vast sums of money just to screw people’s lives up. I hope he never sleeps again with the guilt. As far as I am concerned the judges that release violent people should be held in the same low regard as the offender.

Blair was prime minister for the last decade.
More than half the life of this scum bag.
It is entirely his fault that tese people exist, and the prisons to hold them dont.
The soup distributers that replaced real coppers are partialy his fault too.

This is what I was refering to
"The Conservative Party said the case proved the government had abandoned Tony Blair's Respect Agenda, which was designed to tackle youth crime."

But believe me I have no respect for that liar at all.
