High School Sex Teen Porno Phones Inspected

 

Police in Allentown, Pennsylvania have tried to curb the spread of a pornographic video of two U.S. high school girls which were being distributed via mobile phones to classmates and later to others.

At least 40 students attending the school have been ordered to present their phones for inspection to ensure the images have been deleted.

One student said the images showed a girl performing a sexual act with her boyfriend but was unable to say if the girl knew she was being recorded.

Most phones can connect to a PC and upload away... alternatively they could have sent it to an email address...

Also, what are the laws on confiscation of other people property? I thought you needed some sort of court order to do that?

Does this violate "Child Pornography Laws"? (assuming they're under 18) Isn't it even illegal to "receive" child pornography?

Most phone can be plugged into a computer and the movie or pic files transfered or emailed,, that doesnt really help. As far not knowing or did know. This is the $hit young people do that haunt them for the rest of their lives. This falls into the rules of never tattoo your bf/gf name on your body. I have worked on computers where the gf sent nudes of herself to her bf and the girl was underage at the time, I asked the guy about the pics (I knew the kid BTW) and he said that was his ex-gf and I email those pictures to my friends after they broke up.

Mobile phones, laptops and PDAs can now be inspected at any given time for child pornography concerns, even when there is no direct cause or arrest.

Its an invasion of privacy, but the US 2nd Amendment allows it, I think thats the one...
