UK - Urinating Gang Assault the Owner of Their Toilet

As Gareth Avery, 48, from Weston-Super-Mare, was on his way home from a night out on Saturday he was forced to confront a group of people urinating on his car.

After an exchange of words Gareth was assaulted by 2 men and 1 woman in their early twenties, the first suspect is believed to have kicked the victim in his head. Police also believe another man was leaning against a wall watching the incident.

Gareth received fractured jaw and cheek bones along with various cuts to his head and face. At present he still can't talk due to the pain caused by his injuries.

  No win situation

If someone was taking a wiz on my car i'd say something too. He was always going to say something and was always going to get his head kicked in.

There's more in the source including descriptions of the 3 attackers but they're very generic. My guess is these three will get away with this!

I hate loath country!!

  I’d just...

pull one of the guns out of the back window and remove some naughty bits. It’s much more difficult for a guy to urinate on someone’s car when they have to squat to pee.

I don't just the people that are in control and allowing things like this to continue, and the people that make sentencing if we could rid our selves of these indifferent interfering trash we would have a better county all together.

Amen to both those comments <:)

But us law abiding citizens of the UK aren't allowed to carry guns, otherwise we'd shoot the people responsible for our stupid system and those handing down laughable penalties :P

Val, if we did this here, we would not see the out side world for a very long. time.

  You see

The problem here is the opening statement. Had the opening statement been performed instead, with say.. a closeline. It may have gone differently. Had I seen someone pissing on my car, I'd let them known politely with my extremities how I felt about the subject, and after a short discussion with my fists I'm sure they would have seen it my way.. and if my fists were insufficient I'm sure a stick.. or a rock.. or a brick of some sort nearby would be able to mediate the conversation.

Piss on my car, I will F@%# you up. I don't care who, when, or where. Disprespect of that level REQUIRES and asswhuppin.
