Netherlands Outlaws Bestiality, Animal Porn

After two years of debate and fierce opposition from the porn industry the Netherlands has outlawed bestiality and bestiality pornography. Offenders risk being jailed for six months. Previously the law only covered cases where animals suffered.

"The Netherlands has been a magnet for perversities - and we want to stop that," said MP Harm Evert Waalkens who proposed the law. Animal pornography is explicitly forbidden in 80 countries.

The two MPs from the Party for Animals are disappointed with the law. They had hoped to outlaw pig castration and bovine artificial insemination at the same time.

  If
 >>"The Netherlands has been a magnet for perversities - and we want to stop that,"<<

Why then, are most of these animal porn movies made in the eastern part of Europe. One would expect them to be made in the Netherlands if this country really was a magnet for perversities.

This remark sounds more like to win some votes than to be logical.

Furthermore it is allowed to ritually kill animals without them being drugged and castration of pigs without these being drugged as well.

So having sex with a cow or something, which seeing as a man's penis is relatively small in comparison with a bulls the cow will hardly notice, especially taking into account that when a vet does a checkup he sticks his whole arm inside the cow, is worse than physically hurting an animal for ritual sacrifice or castration.

  Hahahahaha
I feared someone would think that. I was planning of adding to my comment something like: I do not condone bestiallity.

But I figured that was understood.

Even after reading the source article.....
I couln't tell why they found artificial insemination of cows objectionable. Perhaps they thought it not as pleasant as natural insemination?
(for the cow!)
