Olympic Kung-fu Torch Trail

Jackie Chan, the 54-year-old Kung-fu action star, is planning to run with the Olympic torch when it reaches Beijing. He has warned any protesters who plan to grab the torch whilst he has it to be on guard.

Chan plans to fight back if protesters happen to attack him saying: "Demonstrators better not get anywhere near me." He is just thrilled at the prospect of carrying the torch in his native China.

Talking of his home land, Chan said, "We are not right about everything. Things are getting better in China but we can change and are changing. We want to learn from the rest of the world as well as teach others about our ways and our culture."
