Obama's Late Grandmothers Vote Will Count

Madelyn Dunham, the late grandmother of Barack Obama, cast an absentee ballot before she died which was received on October 27 and has been judged to be acceptable, so will stand as a vote for Obama.

The Senator only learned of her death yesterday (SN reported) when it became apparent that she had sadly lost her fight with cancer at the age of 86.

  Sad

I still feel very sad for Obama and I am sure his Grandma was trying to hold onto until she knew if he made it or not.

  I heard that too.

When my mother died of Cancer, I was a bit too depressed to play anything. That basketball game must have been real important.
