@bbeljefe Yeah. Because he threw a sandwich in anger I'm sure he was an absolute lowlife parasite who she took pity on. Reasonable assumption to me. I bet what happened is that her horrible driving knocked the sandwich out of his hands then she was too busy screaming about it to watch the road.

Our criminal system is a joke. With domestic battery especially. I was convicted of a domestic battery when I was 17 after a fight with my older brother after he spit on me and tried to punch me in the head. The state presses charges against the will of both parties, now I can't own a firearm legally (although I maintain that I can constitutionally!). He was 22 and jobless and I had to finish the last 3 months of junior year homeless because I was court ordered out of the house. Kept me out the military (good in retrospect) and it makes getting a job reaaaally difficult. F***ing retarded backwards bureaucracy. Habitually abusing someone deserves a bullet, not some umbrella law that habitually abuses people in return.

I know where you're comming from. Three times in my life i've been arrested (but never convicted, thank god) when an attacker was rendered unable to continue his attack while defending myself. Seems if you aren't a totally helpless sap, you must be the bad guy. You should allow the beating to yourself, and then alert the proper athorities later for justice to prevail civily - HA! Always the people that weren't even there that know the most and what is right - another HA! Don't really know how the story above brewed to the sandwich assault but the interstate puts the possibility of innocent people being killed into the story.
