Two men, ages 22 and 25 have pleaded not guilty to forcing their way into a woman's home and sexually assaulting her. The two men reportedly held a rope around her neck and took turns raping her both vaginally and anally as well. Both are on trial.
Both suspects were arrested in September 2007 for the crime, which occurred at the Waterford home on August 31 2006. DNA samples were obtained from both suspects. Police state that rope burns on the victim's neck are consistent with her story.
Both men have denied guilt in the case, even when faced with fact that police hold potential DNA evidence against them.
The trial now continues with the men facing a seven man and five woman jury.
