Almost six years after weighing 120 pounds and almost dying of anorexia, Canadian Peter Czerwinski has added a world record in latke eating to a growing list of records and titles. He consumed 46 latkes weighing 8.5 pounds for the record and title.
The now 228 pound 6'2 bodybuilder has conquered all before him since bursting on to the scene in April. Already he holds titles in hamburgers, meatballs, beef patties, hot dogs, and several types of sandwiches.
His single-sitting feats include a 106-ounce steak, 25 cups of rice, 250 chicken wings, and 100 meatballs. When he's not competing he coaches healthy training and eating in others. His normal diet includes rice, chicken, and veggies.
