In the past the Northern Ireland Paranormal Research Association has been aware of mysterious activities in Coalisland, County Tyrone. Claims have been made that an apparition of a woman has appeared in the area.
Recently hoards of people have flocked the area in the hope of getting a glimpse of this sighting. "At one point, there was a line of up to 60 cars on the Mullaghmoyle Road with people trying to spot it," said Sinn Féin Councillor Desmond Donnelly.
This vision has been ongoing for a week. One theory for the ‘ghost’ is a reflection of the moon from the local river, others believe the ghost is of a woman who lived and died in the area. Previous ghostly sightings were of a phantom female hitchhiker.
