Couple in Court for Abusing Each Other Over Wii

Randi Young and her boyfriend Heath Blom are in court after the pair were arrested for abusing each other on Christmas day. Blom, 26, was unhappy with the Wii console Young, 24, gave him for Christmas.

Young was set to leave when Blom pulled her back by her hair, causing her to hit him. Young asked the court yesterday if the Judge would lift the no-contact on the couple, because they had just had a bad Christmas.

The request was denied.

  Abusing each other.....
What kind of controller did they have? I guess that's why they call it Wii. We're all going to hell.

At first I thought it meant they were playing boxing or sending mean messages and somebody took it too far.

I could be up for assault, after the crap Christmas I had. :)

  I agree
they need to grow up. Just goes to prove that Christmas is very stressful for some people cause they try to do what is expected of them instead of doing for Christmas what will make them happy.
I know that sounds a bit selfish but look at it this way, if you try to do what is expected of you,ie, buy everyone a Christmas present (credit goes through the roof) only to learn later they returned it for the cash, and then you try and please everyone 'cause it's Christmas' you end up being as miserable and as stressed and usually feel resentful.

  Almost all my in-laws
should be arrested for the hell they turned my wife's Christmas into. Almost all of them were drinking too much, many of them were smoking pot, and then a bunch of them decided to get into a huge, loud verbal fight in what was supposed to be a memorial Christmas to my wife's deceased mother.

The highlight of the evening was my stoned drunk father in law breaking a bottle yelling "I'm gonna kill somebody!" and then he pulled a knife and drew a gun on one of his own sisters!

If we ever are asked to do anything with those people ever again, I will not go and neither will my kids!

I'm telling you these people are too retarded for even Jerry Springer.

Thank you for making me feel normal for once. I am glad that I don't have that kind of crazy in my family. You need a reality show ;)
Oh- and I'm REALLY sorry you go through that.

It was a Wii fit and the guy is overweight? That would cause me to go into a rampage.

  Christmas Sucks
It costs so much money and all the relatives expect you to visit them. this year me and my girlfriend are going away, enjoy each others company for Christmas and not have to deal with the BS pressure.
