Mr Fixit - Thain - Did Not Fix-it: Fired

 

John Thain, former CEO of Merrill Lynch and the man who sold the 95 year old company to Bank of America last September was ousted after Merrill Lynch disclosed a $15.4 billion loss.

In addition Thain hired well-known Los Angeles interior designer Michael Smith, to redecorate his Merrill office a year ago and ran up a $1.22 million bill.

of these Ceo's are not worth zip. The companies they worked for made millions of dollars, not because they were geniuses, but because the world economy was booming. They helped to cause the downturn by them and their mates vacuuming millions of dollars out of these companies. Every one of these people should be brought to trial and return the money they stole.
