Trial, "stopped.....probably forever"
according to Navy Lt. Cmdr. William Kuebler defense lawyer for a Toronto native, Omar Khadr. Khadr's charges
include killing Army Sgt. 1st class
Christopher Speer in 2002.

New Mexico native, C. Speer was killed by grenade in Afganistan.
At the time Khadr was only 15.
Motions were submitted hours after Obama's inauguration at the direction of DOD Secretary,Robert Gates, and the President.

another innocent kid caught up in this god forsaken war. His life has been snatched away on little or no evidence. he just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.. and has the right colour skin for a 'terrorist'.

The crimes of a few have been paid by millions these past few years. and those that started this push for freedom should all be prosecuted as war criminals.

Guantanamo Bay was necessary in order to demonstrate to the world that the United States is willing to compromise its own ideals and values in order to safeguard its sovereignty, territorial integrity and international interests.
