Police stopped Johnnie Ed Roberts of Fort Pierce, Florida on suspicion of DUI when he was was spotted driving erratically by a tipster who called 911 to report "a black truck weaving all over the road with a beer can on the top of the cab."
Police pulled over the man whose bloodshot eyes and incoherent speech indicated what officers believe was intoxication. When pulled over he was holding a cold fresh open Natural Ice beer, and the other can was still on the top of the cab, also cold.
When asked to take he Breathalyzer test by the officer, Mr.Roberts sucked air out of it instead of blowing into it; he was arrested. While in the back seat of the cruiser he again urinated on himself. Charges are pending for DUI and refusal to test.
