Man masturbates in H&M clothing store

A prosecutor's office has determined that a 27-year old man has deliberately masturbated to the point of ejaculation in a H&M clothing store in Karlstad, Sweden. His actions ruined a ladies jacket worth 398 Swedish Kronor (ca. 35.17 Euro)

The incident took place in November 2008. The prosecutor also said that the man has violated the sexual integrity of another person within the store by "jacking off" in their presence.

The man from Grums in western Sweden has been fined 4,000 SK (ca. 353.41 EUR) plus an additional 500 SK (ca. 44.18 EUR) fee to the national Crime Victim Fund.

  Gross!

Besides, everyone knows the best clothing store to jerk off in is a Banana Republic.

Another reason not to visit Sweden

Apparently, it's illegal to masturbate in public there. Ridiculous.

He should have taken the jacket

in the dressing room for a little privacy. That's what I usually do & I've never been caught...

I'm surprised they have a law against this there. It isn't a crime to screw sheep there.

Yes, Sweden has a whole 'land of the free'-kick.

A whole 'it isn't the place of the government to legislate morality'-thing.

Who do they think they are?
