How to Fix a Flat Tire

Ever had a tire go flat and come off the rim. This is the most amazing video of how to seat a tire that has come off the rim. Absolutely amazing.

That shit don't work no more since the environmentalist wackos made em take the flammable propellant out of WD-40. Gotta have some starting fluid or some such to do it. ;)

It's not news.
It doesn't even work in a useful manner. By the end of the video, you can see the tire is flat again, because there is no seal between the tire and the rim.

wd40 is petroleum based. It itself is flammable.

And yeah the tire was flat again at the end of the video ;)

 no offence
but stuff like this shouldn't be on a news site.
this is SHORT news, summaries of news, not how-to's on car tires... if u want stupid things go look on youtube.

This story is listed under tips and tricks, NOT News. Figure out how to use this site before you make a fool of yourselves.

WD-40 is highly flammable.

It looked to me as though the bead was seated, the tire just needed to be inflated. A Small 12V compressor will finish the job in a few minutes. I just spent 2 hours trying to seat a bead on a lawn tractor tire. Total pain in the butt. I wish I had known about this.

 @Valk and BB
Just imagine if every American got a bottle of WD40. We could save the budget, and the world!

 The best part
Was when McCain later backpedaled.

“Obama said a couple of days ago says we all should inflate our tires. I don’t disagree with that. The American Automobile Association strongly recommends it. My friends, let’s do that, but do you think that’s enough to break our dependence on foreign oil? I don’t think so.”

Yeah, because that was Obama’s entire energy plan…proper tire inflation.

is this even considered news.

No, it's not news. It's in Tips & Tricks. No one here seems to know what that is, since members seldom use that feature on this site. It used to be used a lot.

 News or not
The video was damn cool none the less. Seeing as how it is properly categorized in the Tips and Tricks section, there shouldn't be any whining about that either.

I can´t say I have ever seen this before. Is this a legal action to make when fixing lawn tires? ( I know some tires can be expensive to replace, but this cannot be safe in any form.

You´re the latest scumbag asshole to join Shortnews for the simple purpose of getting a shameless free plug for your shitty business venture!

Because of your shamelessly arrogant use of this free site for your own personal gain, you get the (not so) coveted DOUCHE BAG of the month award!

Plus... if no other douche bags join to shamelessly get free plugs, you get to hold the title month after month until another douche bag finds a story on ShortNews that they think they can capitalize on!

Now, would you like to give a speech? Or explain how it could possibly be against the law for someone to install their own tires?

 do it with tire chains..
Great stuff. Super dangerous tho...I would liek to see that same thing done with a tire running tire chains
