Officer Offers a Pack of Cigarettes and a Soda for Oral Sex
 

Sheriff’s Deputy Paul Wagner was charged with misconduct and patronizing a prostitute during an Indianapolis police sting. Wagner was working off duty in uniform at a local gas station when the arrest took place.

The investigation started when a woman came forward and told police that Wagner had attempted to solicit her several times. The police then wired her for sound and caught Wagner offering to trade her a pack of cigarettes and a soda for oral sex.

With only 10 months on the job, Wagner has been suspended without pay pending an internal investigation.

isn't made clear at the source is whether the woman he was trying to solicite was an actual prostitute. I am going to assume she was for the sake of the story. If not, how trashy does she look to get repeatedly mistaken for a hooker?
