One-for-Four, All-for-One Nuptials

Milton Mbele, 45, has said "I do" four times on the same day, with four different women, and they are all aware of it and have consented to this special day.

According to Mbele, this is a direct result of: "It was a matter of negotiations, really." He planned this with all his wives while he was seeing them, and finally that day has arrived.

"I don't know what the future holds for me with them, but I'm very excited about this, not just because it hasn't been done before, but because I believe in it." He is aware of the task and says, he will accommodate them as he has in the past four years.

While there are some mistakes, your summary is easier to read than a lot I see from seasoned contributors.

Keep em coming and your skillz will improve.

Who told this guy he was the first man to take multiple wives?

  by: bbeljefe     10/12/2009 09:16 PM
Thanks, I am a Technician chose this because of all the knuckle slapping I got from my teachers, making mistakes with punctuations. In my olden days, teachers were very ruthless, they would stick pencil between your fingers and ruler whip them! Ouch I even felt it now.... LOL

This guy knows he is not the first one to take multiple wives, but a first one to take all four at the same time on the same day...

I kind envy the foursome... LOL.. But I regress... He just acquired FOUR major problems at the same time....

At first I was confused when you said all these years until I realized you meant with another name and then this one.

Very good for your first summary. I agree with BB it is better than a few others that I have seen.

@Story- I will say that the brides looked beautiful and each one had her own style for a wedding dress. How he is going to keep all four of them happy and then any children that will come along is something to be seen.

I detect a catholic upbringing?

I'm still not sure he's the first but certainly he's the first I have heard of to marry four women on the same day.

I do think he went about it the wrong way though. Having four women at once is quite enjoyable but I wouldn't even consider marrying four women, especially at the same time. :)

"At first I was confused when you said all these years until I realized you meant with another name and then this one." ???

I have been coming here for a very long time, but never registered, and when Obama-mania started pouring, I was once compelled to say something.

@Yup in the hands of Nuns, they are worst in punishing. My wife once hinted on sending my daughter to the same School. I told her, I was afraid I might kill some penguins.

To this guy: I know this is normal in Nigeria, to be married to more than one wife, but!!! Well, I think I will reserve my negative comments, since the women actually accepted this, and they have been with this Man for 4 years before they said, "OK, we'll gang bang him to death"

Ahh ok, thank you for explaining. I know some people have had several ID's and had either forgotten a PW to one or just wanted a fresh start.

My husband actually has read the site since 2002/2003 and I had peeked here and there before starting to read the news daily in late 04/early05 if my memory is correct.

I am not big on polygamy, that said just because I don't like it doesn't mean they can't do it. I looked it up and I was stunned to see how many countries allow this practice I was under the belief that it wasn't happening in many places around the world.

  I am
Also not for polygamy, but then, agrreing to polygamy, or not, is really not upto a governement to dictate. Just like if a government was to jail couple living together because they are not licenced (Marriage).

We dont curb, nor, are surprised over 3,4,5somes, or, Gangbangs, so, to assert our likes and not, unto others, simply becasue we dont like is asking for policing other peoples lives, simply because its us Westerners saying so. We Condone eveery depravity there is, and scorn upon those who practice their culture, or, belief.

You are right we do scorn those that do not do what some "think" they should and try to force them to be like us. Heck in some states there are still laws on the book that make certain umm 'acts' between a husband and wife illegal. Other states either ban or dictate what "marriage aids" may be bought or used or never mentioned.

The only think that really matters with Mr. Mbele and the 4 Mrs.Mbele's is that he can take good care of them and any children they have while living within their budgets and lifestyle. Kinda like the Duggars, they keep having more and more children, but they raise them pretty good and we aren't carrying the bill.
