Woman Pretends to be Dog -- Deters Burglar
 

A woman has successfully chased off a burglar in Athens, Georgia by pretending to be a dog. The suspect was trying to break into her house at about 11pm on Saturday evening, coming onto the porch and turning the handle on an exterior door.

Police are investigating the incident, but would not get into the specifics of exactly how the woman behaved in a dog-like manner. The woman said that the man appeared to be a homeless person. Police have not found him yet.
