In his autobiography Andre Agassi tells the public that he used the drug 12 years ago. The result of a drug test at that time was positive but he firstly said that he did not take it intentionally.
He claimed that he drank from a soda of his assistant who put the drug into it. That is the lie he told the ATP tour when he sent a letter to them explaining the test results.
They actually accepted his statement and on Wednesday ATP spokeswomen Nicola Arzani was not willing to comment on the case. Agassi admitted to have snorted the substance but afterwards regretted it.
