“Gorgeous, Tall, Buxom Blonde” Denies Sex for Ball Game Tickets
A 43-year-old US woman has denied any wrongdoing when she offered sex in exchange for World Series tickets.
Susan Finkelstein, from Philadelphia, told reporters: "I'm not embarrassed about my actions. I'm embarrassed about how I was arrested." Finkelstein had made the offer on Craigslist and was duped by an undercover police officer.
Finkelstein’s lawyer claims she never explicitly offered sex in exchange for the tickets, but stated: "I'm the creative type! Maybe we can help each other!" after describing herself as a "gorgeous, tall, buxom blonde diehard Phillies fan".
...I thought the woman was denying someone sex in order to get to the ball game.
On a more serious note, this woman gets arrested but the guy who in a drunk state gets his under-age daughters out of bed to show them porn has "not done anything wrong".
As for this one I almost have to laugh because if she did or didn´t a radio station still gave her tickets, so her ad was correct and the undercover police officer did help her. Hugo I was waiting for it to be something like a man, a cross-dresser, a transexual or a very large very buxom blonde woman making the offer.
having a hard time seeing how this is all that different from a girl ~flirtily~ (you know what i mean :P) asking a guy for a drink at a club, and actually going home with the guy... ... ... :P
2 adults have maybe sex together, and she gets that ball game ticket. Whats the problem with it? Who got hurt from it? Sometimes i wonder if the US is not the same as the talibans they fight against...
messed up crimes going on that the police should be investigating, who cares how this lady gets her tickets. Anything she does with this guy is the least offensive thing on Shortnews, generally speaking.
Yep, yep! I get so tired of any prostitution stings or little ass 2 rock of crack buys. I know our law enforcement might feel different, but I just don´t see why we can´t legalize sex since it is´the worlds oldest profession. It brings in drugs. Yes, many of them do have an addiction to drugs or the Pimp sells it, they get the girls addicted so they do whatever they are told for the drug.
If prostitution was legal it could be taxes, license each year and twice yearly physical exams and taxes filed all above the board. RI has it where the working girls up there can have a place set up for the johns to go there. I never see much about RI and the prostitution deal it is working out for both of them.
I agree that if the sex trade were legalized, it would bring revenue to the state and no doubt make the industry safer. But in reality, that isn´t the issue. The issue is, as with many others, an issue of property rights. Our bodies are our property and so long as what we do with our property doesn´t endanger or harm others, we should be able to use it for whatever purpose we see fit. Citing that prostitution leads to illicit drug use is essentially changing the subject, from a property rights standpoint because it is not a constant. i.e., not all prostitutes use/abuse drugs and not all people who aren´t prostitutes abstain from drug use.
Also, people and their professions don´t exist for the purpose of creating revenue for the state. The state exists for the purpose of serving and protecting the people. That being said, the state obviously must be funded by the people but the means by which people earn the money they contribute should not be questioned (or outlawed) so long as those means don´t violate or endanger the property rights of others.
Thank you. I do believe that prostitution should not only be legal, but ones business. What would concern me and why I mentioned there should be a bi-annual health check up is of course any STD or STI that would need to be treated, if possible, so there wouldn´t be an increase of whichever infection going through the community.
I also agree that the mentioning of drug use or a rise in crome rate is used to make the act lost in the debate. If someone see´s an article like this the first reaction is so? We don´t care that two adults have sex or one pleasures another. But mention that there was something exhanged i.e. tickets and then it is wrong. I don´t have a problem with people advertising for sex on Craigslist or another site. As long as they both are of legal age it shouldn´t be our concern.
The reason I mentioned taxes, and you probably already know my thoughts on this, is because you bring something that should be legal already like prostitution or pot and once you mention taxing, license fees and other monatary expenditures there will be more people that have little to no problems with it because it will then be ´legitimate.´
Make it by weekly mandatory. Bi annual is too risky, but the trade should and must be legalized. The only victims are in fact women.
Pornstars have to be checked every time when they gp for a gig. "Though the recent HIV outbreak isn’t totally resolved, I still feel empowered to at least make informed decisions about rather I work or not. I chose not to work until I get more information regarding the involved parties. Its a fact that condom use for any sexual act including oral sex is the best course of action if you chose to engage in a sexual act with someone. Abstinence from sex is still statistically the safest way to avoid STDs & HIV. AIM Healthcare suggest we get tested every 28 days."~ Marie Luv~

I just saw you had replied. I´m not sure about once a week, but I don´t see a problem with once a month. It isn´t just to keep her from getting anything, but the customers too.
If these girls work either at an apartment or a bordello they could pay a slight fee for the use of rooms, possibility of more customers and some added security. I think something like we have been discussing would be better for the community, because they won´t be seeing the girls on the street, there won´t be the dealers and pimps as much(there will always be a few that stay with those jerks), less chance of getting robbed or raped. If these people that do these kids of bust would think about all the other things instead of focusing on the drugs alone.
