U Michigan Solar Team Finishes Third in Darwin-Adelaide 3,000-km Race

 

Breaking Holland's four-year winning streak, Japan's entry came in first with an average speed of 100 km/h.
Japan last took first place in 1996 in the annual solar power car race.

The UMich car, Infinitum, took third place, improving on its fifth place 2008 finish.

  Well if  
 you take the ridiculous US nationalism into account it is the most important part and therefore the obvious reason for the title which obviously should have been something like Japan finishes first in Darwin-Adelaide 3.000 KM solar race.

& I´m concerned that Detroit is the next ghost town / So something positive out of Michigan gives me some hope. So Freakin sorry
