Plastic surgeon Reza Vossough married his 33-year-old wife but was unhappy with her "perceived" flaws. He then decided to do something about it. After five years and over 1600 grams of silicone, he has created his ideal bride.
His wife Cany, who was formally a waitress, is now the proud owner of a huge "F" cup, enhanced lips, a tighter tummy and even a nicer bum. To think all of that for only £18,000.
Cany is now ecstatic about her new look, even stating: "When your husband is a plastic surgeon, then the scalpel is your friend." Reza Vossough seems to agree, stating: "It's almost like being God - you have the ability to change nature."
