I don´t think truth is the _only_ defence against libel and slander in American law. (And unfortunately I don´t think it isn´t always a defence in Australian law! WTF!)

I agree. I´m not making any accusations, but it seems suspicious that Glenn Beck hasn´t provided even the slightest bit of evidence that he didn´t rape and murder a young girl in 1990. Is he hiding something? Something related to the his alleged rape and murder of a young girl in 1990 perhaps?
