Singer Leona Lewis has knocked back a £1 million contract to pose for Playboy. The 2007 X-Factor winner, who has already has three number one hits, is reportedly seen by the men's mag as a way of showing their continuing relevance.
In the past Hugh Hefner's magazine has featured a number of celebrities including LaToya Jackson, Kim Basinger, Drew Barrymore, and Denise Richards but Lewis looks set not to join their ranks.
Lewis's spokesperson declined to comment on the matter but a friend of the singer said, "There is no way Leona will strip however much they offer. For starters, she is just far too shy."
