Unnamed sources leaked that a secret CIA prison was built in 2004 which was used for over a year to torture a minimum of eight Afghani terrorists.
The prison could be accessed from underground. Originally it had no windows, according to the locals. The two story prison is now a training facility for the Lithuanian security service.
Public officials continue to deny that such a prison has ever existed, but Lithuanian President Grybauskaite insists that a proper investigation be made into the allegations.
