A law proposed by the Polish Prime Minister forcing rapists who victimize children and direct relatives has been signed by the president of Poland. So far, chemical castration trials have been undertaken elsewhere, but generally on a voluntary basis.
This makes Polish legislation the strongest against paedophiles in Europe. After being released, the rapists will be forced to take libido reducing chemicals.
A possible side effect of the chemicals is the growing of breasts. Although chemical castration is criticized by human rights groups, one survey claims public support of 80%.
though, it really depends on the circumstance. it´s one thing to do that to a convicted rapist, but all ´sexual predators´ would be a little much by the U.S.´s standards. You´re labeled one of those for consensual underaged sex here.
Worse than that -- if you get drunk in the U.S. and take a whiz in the bushes, and a kid happens to see the ol´ one-eyed wonder worm, you can end up on the sex-offender registry.
That is one of the biggest things I hate about the sex offender registry. I can look and see if there are sex offenders in my area, but I can´t tell if its some poor dude who slept with his girlfriend when he was 18 and she was 15 or if it is someone who forcibly raped a child.
I have a friend who has to register for that list because he slept with some chick who claimed she was 18 and wasn´t, then got pissed when she realized that sleeping with him didn´t make her his girlfriend. Ten years he has to register. It is stupid.
That is what we call the fine line details. If some girl looks older than her age and lies about her age then guy should not be blamed. I think when a 15 year old does this, they should be prosecuted for deception and wasting police and court time.
Willy stands at attention even when you might not want him to. It´s like making your knee not jerk when the doc taps it on that one spot. It can be done, but it takes a lot of self control that most people just don´t have.
Is this statement meant to imply that if a woman who is raped becomes aroused before it happens that she has not been raped? Your body does not have the authority to give consent.
Many of us know someone or a friend that knows someone that got a raw deal with a dating situation or marriage breaking up and the parents accusing each other of sexually abusing the children that are stuck in the middle.
As much as I hate(yes I do know how strong of a word it is)sex offenders, I know there needs to be some serious changes made so it will work as it was meant to in the first place. Shocked? Well good because yes I often will reply emotionally to a post and I am for locking kiddie fiddlers be locked up for life, I have also seen what happens in a way that thankfully most of you never will. Adding those to the two situations that we had to deal with and yes I get pissed off and I may not feel pity for what happens to them, I have not however made a comment twisted and turned personal.
The whole reporting and tracking system is in a shambles and needs someone to come in and not be afraid of cleaning it up and fixing the wrongs while making things for the molesters as strict as we have been promised time and time again. We need to change the law so that a dating relationship situation can be looked at and decided accordingly. The prosecutor also needs to be a little damn realistic and sating that an 18 year old sleeping with a 15 or 16 year old and some guy that is 25 and sleeping with a 13 year old.
I also think that any girl or boy who lies about their age should be held responsible and possibly face charges themselves because their actions. This would have to be on a case by case basis and it might sound scary to some, but that is really how we SHOULD look at every case and then allow the judges to actually JUDGE someone and give them a punishment that actually fits the crime and not forced to follow guidelines that some idiot politicians made because it gave them some face time on the TV.
The difficulty with holding kids responsible if they lie about their age is it makes life a lot more difficult for victims. If ´she lied about her age´ becomes a valid defense a lot of pedophiles are going to claim it and defense lawyers are going to have every incentive to destroy the credibility of victims who claims they didn´t lie about their age. To be sexually abused is bad but having every bit of dirty laundry aired before the world in court makes it even worse.
Males can be raped without drugs. Ones body responds to stimulation, whether the mind wills it or no. It´s often one of the hardest things rape victims deal with, regardless of age or gender, especially when made to think that simply because they had an orgasm, they enjoyed it.
It probably would become everyone´s defense and there is no way anyone would back it being turned into the law. I do wish there was some way we could make these minors who lie to be held responsible, but I wouldn´t do it in any way that would hurt the victim any more than what has been done.
When people here have mentioned females raping males, everyone is assuming that the male is somehow forced to penetrate the woman. It would be much easier for a woman to rape a man using other means, ie. by penetrating him with her hand, a sex toy or some other object.
Rape is an act of hate. I´ve heard of people becoming either chemical or physical castrated before, and guess what? They simply use OTHER objects for their rape. Rape = Life Pedophiliac Rape = Death

People who harm children hold no favour with me. But there needs to be some reason here. Not everyone who has sex with a 15 y/o is a rapist. I lost my virginity at 15 to an 18 y/o girls wishes. SHE was the aggressor physically but not a rapist. On the other hand, my WIFE raped me while I slept (we hadn´t had sex for 6 months and she KNEW I didn´t want sex with her). I woke up with her riding me and about to get her ´happy ending´. THAT was rape. When told, police laughed. Social workers laughed. Not just laws need to be changed. Social attitudes need to change.
I don´t know her new number. Ask Tiger Woods. he might have it. But be careful. Her weapon of choice is a knife - and she frequently warned me to sleep with one eye open. More truth that was laughed at.
