Unicon 15 Held in Wellington, New Zealand

For the first time, The Unicycle World Championship is being held in the Southern Hemisphere. Most events are at Wellington's waterfront.

Events include basketball, hockey, and track races consisting of 100m, 400m, and 800m events.

Many European countries are represented amongst the 640 entrants: Switzerland, Bavaria, and Germany. Also competing is Team America.
