Teenager Rapes 20-Year-Old Woman, Then Tells Her Boyfriend on Her Mobile

In Stoke-on-Trent last September, 13-year-old Balal Khan caught hold of a woman by the neck as she passed him. He punched and kicked her while saying he would kill her if she did not comply with his sexual demands.

He raped her as his two friends looked on. Khan then stole her bag and phone, and as her boyfriend called on her mobile, Khan answered and taunted him by telling him he had just raped his girlfriend.

Due to Khan´s apology and age, as well as his pleading guilty to both charges of mugging and rape of his victim, he was only sentenced to three years. He was caught due to making a call to his parents before selling the mobile and her iPod.

  Second time lucky.
Judge Paul Glenn told Khan, now aged 14, that his offences were ‘grave’ and that an adult convicted of the same crimes would have been jailed for eight or nine years.

He added: ‘It was a terrifying experience for this young woman and she will be left psychologically scarred.’

By law, anyone under 18 years old faces a lesser sentence for rape than an adult, and for those aged 14 or under the term is reduced further.

Judge Glenn took the unusual step to lift a restriction preventing the publication of Khan´s name because of the grave nature of his Khan´s offences.

He added: ´In this case I believe there is a legitimate public interest in naming this offender. It may prove to be a deterrent to others.´

You will see what will happem now.
My prediction is, he will be out in around a year with a new identity and a lose cannon on any female.

What is wrong with English justice?
No wonder England is so crime-ridden. Throw this bum in jail for 20 years. Let him enjoy being a boy-toy in an adult prison.

  He most...
probably used for a toy already in his life. That kid needs assessing through a long period of time and a lot of help. If the experts feel he is unsafe then they should keep him locked up.

  Kill him
All he deserves is death.

When I was a kid, I saw a man tied with chains to a large truck tire, doused in gasoline and lit on fire. Reason: He had raped several teenagers. Even hearing his horrific screams and smelling his brunt flesh mixed with burning rubber as he burned alive, I felt no pity. Later on I saw a 16 year old boy beaten to death by a mob for raping a girl. There were a lot less rapes in that area than in places where they don´t give sever punishments for rape (in Cambodia a rapist just pays off the cops and there is no consequence, thus there are countless rapes happening all the time here)

I´ve grown up in developing countries most of my life and I must say that ending the life of rapists is the best thing to do. Brutal? Maybe, but life is brutal and getting more and more difficult. As our world grows more populated and more polluted, more extreme measures will have to be taken. 13 is old enough to know better. I´d have to agree with DaReapa.

We don´t need people like him growing up, he´s only sorry because he got caught.

Do you know the number of children at my center that suffer from all sorts of different mental and emotional problems because they were raped? Do you know the number of people I´ve met in life that are scarred, emotional wrecks because they were raped? Rapists do permanent damage, therefor they should be terminated, especially those that rape children. Put an end to their miserable lives and make the world a better place.

  British Justice
As I´ve said before, weak justice is rife in Britain, and getting worse. When the criminal justice system fails the people, as in this case, I believe it is right and just for the people to enact their own justice. The alternative is a totally lawless society, the sort we´re heading for in fact.
  by: Maxx20     01/27/2010 09:46 AM
Wow, here in the states, he would have been charged as an adult, given 25 to life in prison and when he got to prison he would have gotten his ass beat and raped repeatedly. Someone would have made him their bitch.

That sentence is almost a slap on the wrist considering what he did.
  by: kristmen   01/27/2010 10:28 AM
I don´t think the judge could have kissed the kids ass any less. A reduction in punishment because he apologized for rape?

Hang him now be done with it. I mean he´s 14 and already a rapist. This isn´t something that he will grow out of, on the contrary it has proven to show itself early in this person and his gene needs removed from the pool.

Didn´t I have a comment here? Hmmm, must of been removed...
  by: nimira     01/27/2010 02:23 PM
  LOl @ nimira
There has been three versions of this story put into summaries since yesterday. Net had to explain to me I had not posted it twice.

I just wanted to get this one in to get across the dire situation we are in here.

As for the sentece it was in no way a severe as a slapped wrist it was a tickle. This kid will have the internet, food and anything he needs for the next two years, They never serve their full time unless it is stated in the court at the time of the trail.

@Max. We would be as barbaric as the pigs that intervene with the sentences should we serve out justice to these raspiest. We have science that needs testing on humans I say it should be added to a punishment such as this; that after a second offence they should now know they are now going to be sentenced to being a lab rat, of have to work menial and heavy work for the rest of their lives for free.
Not only the villain should be punished but the vermin that reduces the sentencing. After all they have assisted in a criminal offence and when lives have been lost due to their action they should serve prison time to. If any of us passed the gun to a murderer so they can shoot their victim we would have to be punished. Why should these people live the life of luxury off our backs, only to assist the people that attack us and worse rape and kill our children!

I am so sorry you have had to see such dreadful things. You are there and you know, I have no right to comment either way on how you feel, in such horrific circumstances I may well feel exactly the same.
  by: captainJane     01/27/2010 02:43 PM
I´m sure I´ve read this summary before ;)

  by: BarC0de5   01/27/2010 06:15 PM
Holy ****. Is that a true story? Rapists deserve their punishment but I´m sure you didn´t deserve to see it, especially as a child.
  by: gryphon50a   01/27/2010 08:12 PM
Lol. You trouble maker.
  by: captainJane     01/27/2010 08:34 PM
I do hope we can chat one day, you are one of the most interesting of people I have come across in a long time.

May I ask how you came to travel so much when you were young?
  by: captainJane     01/27/2010 08:36 PM
  The Chances Are Good
that he will kill some girl in the future, probably during another rape.
  by: ichi     01/27/2010 09:46 PM
  I Read The Source
and found nothing about the care of his victim. Is any one helping her to put her life together or is the states only concern that this poor child not be scarred by being caught for beating and raping the girl.
  by: ichi     01/27/2010 09:49 PM
@gryphon- yes, true story. I´ve got all sorts of crazy stories from growing up in sub-Sahara Africa.

@captjane- traveled a lot when I was younger because my parents were missionaries... being that they were missionaries in a country filled with Muslim fundamentalists and extremists, I got to see a lot of interesting, sometimes horrifying things. Including 2 civil wars and the kidnapping of my father (he got out alive) and the attempted assassination of my whole family, many people burned alive, and a lot of people tortured and killed. A lot of people tell my patents how terrible it was for them to endanger their children in such a adverse environment, but honestly, I wouldn´t trade it for any other childhood. I love Africa and it will always be a part of me much more so that the USA. (I´m not Anti-American though, when I left Africa, I joined the US military)

I think you may have posted this exact story twice. The first one was posted here by you. Not such a big deal but just wanted to mention it.
  by: zephan     01/28/2010 08:48 AM
My goodness and book and film should be made on your life! I hope your Father and family are safe now? Have you kept diary at all through your life. I am sorry for asking all these questions.

@zephan .

There was a some confusion as I posted a similar summary just after Bar had posted. So my first one was deleted. This is b=now my second post. I felt the story had to be shared to point out the lack of organisation in the UK.

@Ichi. The law only works for the vile here, I sometimes wonder how a member of Parliament would vote on a sentencing if one of their children or member of family their were damned, It would be a completely different ball game then I would think. I bet this kid would never get out at all.

  by: captainJane     01/28/2010 01:48 PM
  Excuse my last post..
I meant I would like to see how it would be handled should one of these royal MPs have one of their family members hurt.
  by: captainJane     01/28/2010 02:18 PM
  Hes Sorry
He got caught.
  by: ichi     01/28/2010 08:16 PM
I´ve been told that before and I´ve attempted to write an autobiography but I can never come up with one main point, or plot or idea that ties all the insane portions of my life together into a cohesive story. I´ve got tons of different stories about my life written down, but no idea how to compile them into a book.

  re: death penalty
"I´ve grown up in developing countries most of my life and I must say that ending the life of rapists is the best thing to do."

I cannot agree with this, because the justice system is anything but perfect. Too many innocent people have been put do death already.
  by: Kaleid   01/29/2010 11:00 AM
  @ Shaohu
Please make note as they come into your head. I have written a huge amount down about my start in life and my earliest memories. It is all rather a mess still, but I am going to keep going back to it.
I can well imagine yours will piece together. We have people here that work fantastically repairing our summaries I wish I could find the equivalent to help me work my story out, here in UK.
