Reebok Canada, one of Sidney Crosby´s major sponsors, has said they´ll give a reward of $10,000 to the person who returns the Olympic champion´s stick and gloves. Crosby used the stick and wore the gloves during the gold medal game against the US.
Crosby scored the winning goal in overtime, securing his country a gold medal. Reebok Hockey CCM´s general manager said: "The stick and the glove are priceless. There´s absolutely no substitute for that exact stick and glove."
Reebok also said that they´re not interested in keeping the stolen gear. "We just wanted to do what we thought was right." If returned, they will be given back to Crosby.
