Shopping Centre Under Fire Over Bra Unsnapping Contest

China: A shopping centre has come under fire after putting eight women clad only in bras and masks above the belt on stage and holding a contest to see who could undo all bras in under a minute. Anyone who could compete the challenge got a voucher.

A woman proved to be the fastest, with a time of 21 seconds. The contest was immensely popular with some members of the audience but others were unimpressed, describing it as "degrading" and "the brainwave of dirty old men".

A Modern Development shopping mall spokesperson defended the competition, saying: "The workings of a women´s bra are a mystery for many men - this activity helped more people understand bra culture and explore its secrets."

  Nice!

Too many puritans over here for that sort of thing though.

There´s an anime called "Chu-bra!!" with the description of "Nayu shocks her schoolmates on the first day of middle school by wearing black lace panties. She aims to ´spread the word on the merits of underwear´, and help other girls concerned with their development - by opening a underwear club."

In other words, underwear is an easy excuse to show semi-naked females.

I used to work in a shop

and us girls would sometimes play a game where we´d try to undo each others´ bras one-handed before the person could stop us. I was pretty good. It was all good-humoured and nobody was forced to play. I´m just glad no-one complained since I was a supervisor and would have probably gotten myself into trouble if anyone had...

Some people need to lighten up a bit.

My first thought was perverts, but I think its the girls who wear them that create the culture.

Good for these people.

  I guess...

Where was this when I was young?

I had to learn on the job.
It´s not awesome to have a girl burst out laughing because you´re taking too long :)

  Degrading?!

So why did the women volunteer for it?

Speaking of which, I learned on the job too. Made it my business to master the one-hander.

  I wonder..

Would it have been considered degrading if the contest was bra laden manqguins? And would it have been as much fun?

He was a Anti-gay pastor. He "believed" gay as a mental illness and could be cured.
