China: A shopping centre has come under fire after putting eight women clad only in bras and masks above the belt on stage and holding a contest to see who could undo all bras in under a minute. Anyone who could compete the challenge got a voucher.
A woman proved to be the fastest, with a time of 21 seconds. The contest was immensely popular with some members of the audience but others were unimpressed, describing it as "degrading" and "the brainwave of dirty old men".
A Modern Development shopping mall spokesperson defended the competition, saying: "The workings of a women´s bra are a mystery for many men - this activity helped more people understand bra culture and explore its secrets."
