15-Year-Old Student Allegedly Contracts Herpes After Sleeping With Sex Education Teacher

UK: 41-year-old sex education teacher David Robinson has fronted Hereford Crown Court charged with six counts of underage sex. The charges come after an 18-year-old alleged that he slept with her from age 15 - and gave her herpes.

The pair reportedly have an identical tattoo which reads 25 11 06 3 24 7 365. The first three digits are reportedly the date they first had sex and the remaining digits mean " love you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year."

For his part Robinson concedes there was a relationship between him and his student at Chase High School but denies that it turned sexual until she was 16.

	Having
	sex with a 15 year old is not pedophilia. Being taken advantage of does not make one a whore. Female teachers who take advantage of their male students should get similar charges as this man is getting.

	She probably slept around, contracted herpes, he dumped her, she blackmails him. How long does it take to find out you have herpes? I imagine not that long, so why wait three years?

	she didn´t get herpes straight away. If they were using a condom, she may have been protected. Also, who says that the guy even had herpes when they started sleeping together? He might have slept with someone else whilst he was in a relationship with this girl.

	your wrong. A Pedophile is someone who likes children that are pre-pubesant i.e. Not sexually mature phisically (not reached puberty). People who sleep with Teens that are phisically mature, albeit they may not be mentaly mature are not pedo´s. The laws have changed with society yet animal instincts to mate have not. Thomas Jefferson even had a 14 yr old girlfriend he ended up having 2 kids with, but I doubt you would call one of our founding fathers a pedo.

	Ephebophilia is attraction to 14-16yr olds. In the US, the age of consent varies and while 16 may be average, it is by no means the rule. In the Uk though, 16 is the rule. http://www.avert.org/... We cannot verify the claim of her age without her name or birth date. We do not know when they had sex nor do we have a solid statement about the meaning of the tattoos (merely speculation). If the speculative meaning of the tattoo is correct, it could be the date they met or almost anything else.
