Brazil: Boat Accident Takes Lives of 11 Children
 

Together with two guides, a 16-headed family went on a boat trip on Sobradinho Lake in eastern Brazil. Around half a mile from shore, the motorboat overturned.

Eleven children between the ages of one and 16 were killed in the accident. It took the police more than two days to recover all the corpses.

According to media reports, the boat they used was designed for a maximum of six people.

...heart goes out to their families. It´s hard enough to lose a loved one, but losing a child of any age is hard to bear.

A loved one is a very difficult thing, compound that with the fact that the ship was not made to hold more than six, and I am sure Someone knew this.. There is a lot of guilt and blame there.
