After 3 weeks of torrential rains, 12,000 people now had to be evacuated in Albania. Massive landslides are one of the impacts of the flood, the government said.
Some residents had to take boats for the evacuation, as over 34,500 acres of land are underwater. The Albanian government declared a state of emergency for some parts of the country.
Albania has already asked for assistance from NATO. However, the country still needs more help.
