Man in France Takes Children Hostage

Police sources say in France that a hostage incident occured at a nursery school in Besancon, in which twenty children were taken hostage by a man, presumably with swords, of whom five kids had been released.

Allegedly the hostage taker is "unstable", the France Info radio reported.
