The Houston Texans will not participate in the NFL Playoffs in 2010-2011 after starting the season with a disappointing 5-8 record. Their biggest losing streak was 4 games, while their biggest winning streak was 2 games.
In 2009-2010 they did not make the playoffs either, finishing with a 9-7 record and 2nd in the AFC South behind Indianapolis.
The Texans hope that their up and coming rookies Kareem Jackson, Ben Tate, Earl Mitchell, Darryl Sharpton, Garrett Graham, Sherrick McManis, Shelley Smith, Trindon Holliday and Dorin Dickerson can help them do better in 2011-2012.
