University of Cincinnati Student Strips to Protest Airport Security

Aaron B. Tobey was cited at Richmond International Airport for disorderly conduct for stripping to undershorts and displaying a reference to the Fourth Amendment on his chest. He was protesting security screening procedures.

The issue of freedom from "unreasonable searches" seems to be important to Mr. Tobey. He can reason with the judge at Henrico County General District Court on the subject January 10, 2011.

He had written on his chest "Amendment 4: The right of the people to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated."

  APPLAUSE!!!!

Perhaps maybe next time this young man protests, he can enlist about 40 of his friends.

Of course, in that case, the authorities would probably label them all terrorist threats and lock them up in Gitmo with no charges.
