Amarillo, Texas resident Lynsie Murley, 24, has won her lawsuit against the TSA from an incident which left her "extremely embarrassed and humiliated" that occurred back in May of 2008 at an airport in Corpus Christi.
Murley claims during her pat-down, the TSA agent tugged on her blouse and exposed her breasts. After the incident, the TSA agents in the area compounded her embarrassment by "laughing and joking about the incident for an extended period of time."
Jerry McLaughlin, Murley´s lawyer, would only say the award was a "nominal" amount and said, "This was never a case about money. It was about trying to get them (TSA) to admit they acted improperly. She´s glad it´s over."
