Gay, Anti-Gay Senator, Up on Charges

Carl Kruger (D) Brooklyn, is the proud recipient of a criminal complaint for bribery. The Feds claim that Kruger conspired with a lobbyist, Richard Lipsky, to shake down clients for Kurger’s support and vote.

Upon raiding Lipsky’s Apartment $102,000 in cash was confiscated from a safe and $4000 from a suit in his closet. The NYT claims that Kruger was bankrolling a lavish lifestyle including a $2 million former mafia home.

Kruger cast a key vote to kill gay marriage in New York last year. Kruger lives with Michael Turano at the Turano home. Michael Turano is accused of creating a shell company used to launder bribe money.
