These Are the Best Foods to Boost Your Immune System


Dietitian and author Tonia Reinhard and author Joel Fuhrman say we can boost our immune system with certain foods.

To remain healthy during winter they recommend fatty fish, such as salmon, tuna and trout as they contain omega-3 fatty acids. Also nuts which have a lot of healthy fats are said to enhance your immune system.
