Crack Customer Calls Police on Dealer, Wants Refund

Suzanne Basham, 47 of Springfield Missouri was sold sugar when she wanted to buy 40 dollars worth of crack cocaine.
Understandably upset she called 911 to complain and try to get a refund.

When police went to the alleged dealer`s address, the residents denied the accusations and refused to let the police in. S. Basham was searched and a crack pipe was found. She was arrested for drug paraphernalia.

Basham has a 2010 case for drug possession.
