Study: Chocolate Helps You Stay Thin


A new study reveals that chocolate isn´t so bad for you after all. Eating chocolate may help you keep slim, researchers suggest.

Those study participants who ate chocolate a few times a week were, on average, slimmer and had a lower body mass index (BMI).

This is not the first time researchers have suggested that chocolate is healthy. The consumption of chocolate has also been linked to a lower risk of heart disease.

it isn´t the cocoa that is bad it is the dairy fat and sugar that goes into milk choclate that is, the darker the chocolate the better for you. the fact that you can eat a few squares of dark chocolate and be statisfied probably does help maintain weight, its better than denying your self it weeks on end, then gorging on it in a moment of weakness.
